All packages depart from Derby, UK—the emotional epicenter of candle-fueled revenge. Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and full-blown meltdowns.

We’re fast, but not manic. Your order will be lovingly packed, emotionally blessed, and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on its way, so you can obsessively refresh it like it’s your ex’s Instagram story (but healthier).

We use Evri and DHL, depending on what kind of chaos the universe sends us that day. Either way, your candle will be delivered safely and with minimal emotional damage.
