Refund Policy
AKA Returns & Regrets
For when you want your money back more than your ex.
We get it. Sometimes things arrive chipped, broken, or just not as emotionally satisfying as you hoped. While we can't fix your love life, we can fix your order. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and retail remorse—with empathy and boundaries.
🛍️ If Something Arrives Damaged
Take a breath. Take a photo. Email us at [your email here] within 7 days of delivery with:
-
Your order number
-
A clear photo of the damage
-
A short explanation (bonus points for drama)
We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. No emotional gymnastics required.
🔥 Things You Can’t Return
We do not accept returns on:
-
Burned candles (symbolic fire is non-refundable)
-
Used mugs (we believe in hygiene and dignity)
-
Opened scrolls or ritual kits (you broke the seal and the spell, babe)
-
Items that were perfectly fine but “reminded you of him”
Basically, if the product’s been loved, burned, brewed in, or cried near, we’re keeping it out of circulation. Emotional ghosts aren’t covered.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will not, however, refund:
-
Your time
-
Your dignity
-
Any lingering feelings
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll fix it directly. But we won’t swap a candle for a second chance with your ex. That’s not how this works.
📦 Lost or Stolen Orders
If your package goes MIA in the postal abyss, Vent Here, Babe and we’ll sort it. We don’t ghost, and neither should your tracking number.
📜 Legally Speaking: The Boring But Binding Bit
If you're in the UK or EU, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases made online. That means:
-
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
-
You must return the item unopened and in its original condition
-
You’ll get a full refund, including standard delivery charges
-
You’re responsible for return shipping costs (emotional and literal)
This does not apply to:
-
Used or opened products (candles that have been lit, mugs that have seen your tears, etc.)
-
Custom or personalised items (we don't want your sad little one-off scroll back, sorry)
To initiate a legal return, email us at closureandco@gmail.com with your order number and the phrase “I’m returning this, not my dignity.” (That part’s optional, but strongly encouraged.)
Closure & Co. is built on emotional honesty and extremely cute packaging. We ask that you bring the same energy when requesting help.
